The cameras are flashing as Johnny sits down at the press conference table, placing the Chaos Championship on the table in front of him. Johnny adjusts his microphone a little bit and the press conference starts almost instantly as a reporter shouts out a question for Johnny Evil to answer.
"First we're gonna' say congradulations to you, but we're gonna' stray away from the Chaos Championship for a moment and we're going to get into a very big topic that has caught fire here in Chaos Wrestling and that is the one concerning your friend and good buddy, Jason Cashe. How do you feel about him winning the Mayhem Championship and how do you feel about what he did after?"
Johnny thought for a moment shaking his head. This was a bit personal to him and he did feel out of sorts about the whole deal.
"Oh yea, that fire..."
Johnny chuckles it off, playfully for a moment. Then he spoke on how he had really felt about it.
"I was actually quite surprised by what Jason Cashe did. I mean, he did win that Mayhem Championship and he does deserve the belt. However, Cashe, come on man. I mean really, what in the fuck are you thinking? We are men and we don't run from things because that is just how men do. I had the respect built for you and with the move that you pulled, it kinda' distorted some of that. With all that said, Cashe will always be a friend of mine. At the same aspect I will always be brutally honest. Cashe, you pulled a bitch move, brother. We are competitors of many fashions who build ourselves amongst honor. Honor is to stand tall and to defend what's yours. As the main building blocks of this company, we above all were suppose to lead with excellence by example!"
Johnny really did think that Cashe made a careless move. He knew that Cashe was a man who would defend his championship, but to totally leave a company with one, questioning weither or not it will ever be defended again, that was a whole other story.
Looking down at the table for a moment to reflect on what he just stated, he awaited another question from one of the reporters.
"How do you feel about Al Nova and some of the statements he had made speaking on you as champion, your personality, and this upcoming tag team match up where the two of you will face Focus and Jackson Santee?"
Johnny smirked as his head shot up instantly. When mentioning the number one contenders name, Johnny seemed comfortable. He leaned in on the microphone as he looked out all the press and reporters with a smirk of satisfaction.
"You know, Al Nova thinks he knows me. He doesn't know me too well then, because if he did he would know that I aim not "gunning" for him. I am the champion and I have to have eyes in the back of my head. When it boils down to it, everyone is coming after me not Al Nova. As for the tag-team match, I have no problem winning this one with you, Al. Our time to fight will come, but it is not next week."
Johnny Evil always knew that wrestling was a sport. He knew sometimes you had to put your personal opinions or vendettas to the side in order to come out on top. He wasn't worried that Al Nova was the number one contender. He had just hoped that Al wouldn't try and do anything foolish at Anarchy.
The next question was asked almost without hesitation.
"How do you feel about Al Nova being the number one contender for your Chaos Championship?"
Evil's eyes scrolled up as he gave a hard thought to this question. He had already given Al Nova credit for being someone with a bright future if determined. However, Johnny knew Al Nova was still not ready to be a champion.
"Al made his point and did try to plea his case. He says he wants this championship belt, but his arrogance is starting to get the best of him. Putting records aside, I am no walk in the park. Still, he continues to talk about how he will be the next Chaos Champion. I wish him luck, but I just won this belt. I have no intention on losing it."
The look of determination grew in Johnny's face as he panned his eyes around the room, looking at everyone for a quick moment from one side of the room to the other. It wasn't before long that another reporter shot a question in his direction.
"What do you think about Nova claiming that you had a fluke win due to a tug of war match between the both of you ending with you winning the championship?"
Johnny shook his head for a moment all while bringing his hand to his face. Johnny didn't think his win was a fluke. If Al Nova would have ended up winning the tug of war and the rolls were reversed, would that be a fluke?
"Some say I got lucky winning this belt in a tug of war. They can say what they want. I think I have enough people out there who know damn well that I deserve this belt. My track record speaks for itself and I come out here and put on a damn good show for the fans every single time. That's why I'm glad I will get a chance to defend the Chaos Championship against Nova. In the end there will be no reason to question if I am the face of Chaos Wrestling."
Johnny gave a confident nod as he thought about the satisfaction of giving clairty to all people who may have doubts. Johnny loved to compete. He began to invision how everything would unfold, but the next question asked quickly snapped him back into reality.
"Is the personal issues with you and Focus fully done?"
This was a topic Johnny had wanted to talk about, and he responded almost instantly.
"Focus and I are far from done and Anarchy will prove that. This week, I have the two men responsible for abducting my girlfriend in the same ring. To me, this is like an early Christmas present and it's still fucking summer out."
He took a breath as he relaxed himself after almost letting his emotions get the best of him.
"Speaking of that feud, you have looked pretty dominant. Do you think that Focus and Santee can bounce back and put you on the defensive?"
Johnny smirked as he rubbed his chin with the ridge between his thumb and pointer finger for a moment. He pointed outward as he explained his logic for this answer.
"They have no chance of bouncing back. Look, even if me and Al Nova can't get on the same page, we will be on the same page when that bell rings. Focus and Santee might have the chemistry, but they have a tough task ahead of them. To Al Nova this might not be personal, but to me it is. That means that I am going to bring everything that I have. Focus and Jackson should know by now that I am the better man between either of them. It's just about going out there and showing it one more time."
Johnny folds his hands together and places them on the table as he looks to the front row, and then to the back.
"What about with underhanded tactics which they are known for using, especially when it comes to you?"
A huge smirk stretches across Johnny Evil's mouth.
"Tricks, underhanded tactics, mind games..."
Johnny lifts his hands a bit and playfully slaps them against the table top. Letting out a bit of a laugh, he almost seems amused.
"I know them all too well. I used them when I was trying to make a name for myself, but I made them work for me. I'm sure Focus and Santee have a wild card to pull out of their ass somewhere, but it doesn't even bother me. I will be ready for whatever they bring. I remained calm when Focus played his games last time and it got me right exactly where I wanted to be. I don't plan on letting that change this time around."
Feeling calm at this point, Johnny begins to lean himself away from the microphone a bit.
"Do you feel that you have accomplished what you needed to in Chaos Wrestling in just the short time it has opened it's Dungeon?"
Johnny shook his head from one side to the other as he knew that his answer to this question would always be the same. Johnny was a competitor by nature so he loved to accomplish new things and set new milestones.
This thought is what drove his answer...
"There is always more to accomplish. There is still land in this business that has not been stained with blood and sweat yet. I could be happy with being champion, but sometimes being champion just isn't enough to concrete your legacy. In the end, I'm going to leave a legacy behind. So, I'm not done by a long shot. People will just have to watch me!"
Johnny sits back for a moment, As there are no more questions asked, he gives off a nod before standing up and grabbing the Chaos Championship off of the table.
